The whisky produced at Orkney's Highland Park distillery is well known for its ability to withstand long maturations, and as it ages, it evolves and develops to gain superb complexity. After 30 years of maturing among Orkney's rugged, windswept landscape, the annual 2023 release is here, drawn from casks laid down in 1990 and 1991, and bottled at 45.1% ABV.
