キゲンラクは、賞味期限・消費期限のある商品を自社出荷しているストア向けのロット管理アプリです。Shopifyにはロットの概念がなく、期限管理はExcelや紙が現実でした。キゲンラクは入荷ごとのロット登録だけで、その先を自動化します。注文の支払いが確認されると、期限の近いロットから自動で引当(FEFO=先入れ先出し)。ピッキングリストに「この注文はどのロットから取るか」が表示され、誰が出荷しても先入れ先出しが守られます。キャンセル・返金(restock)時は引当を自動で解放します。毎朝の期限アラートメールで「期限切れ」「期限接近」の在庫と金額換算(廃棄予備軍)を把握。ロット残量とShopify在庫は毎日自動照合し、差異があれば一覧で表示します(勝手に補正しません)。万一の自主回収時は、ロット番号から出荷先の注文・顧客一覧を数分でCSV出力。ロット別棚卸表PDFや、商品ページに最短賞味期限を表示するメタフィールド書出しにも対応しています。※3PL(倉庫委託)で出荷している店舗には適していません。自社出荷の店舗向けです。
