Tasting Notes
Deep crimson purple in colour. A seductive, alluring bouquet of wild blackberries, chocolate coated cherries and Black Forest cake with subtle hints of Indian spices. The Y Series Shiraz is a glorious mouthful of South Australia with layers of ripe blackberries, Christmas cake and soft, velvety tannins.
A wine that pairs well with tacos, burritos and nachos.

The Y Series Shiraz label depicts fire. Fire is a critical component in our coopering process. Making our wine barrels on site reduces transport emissions and gives our winemaking team better control of the oak influence in our wines.
