With over 20 years of hands-on experience in property management, Bryan brings a deep understanding of both residential and commercial real estate operations. His career began in maintenance, where he developed a strong foundation in building systems and day-to-day property care. Over time, Bryan transitioned into more complex commercial property management, where he developed expertise in budgeting, CAM management, and building strong tenant relationships — ensuring properties run efficiently while keeping both ownership and tenants aligned.
Bryan holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license in the state of Florida and is certified to serve on association boards, which has further enriched his ability to manage properties with a comprehensive and legally sound approach. Since joining Cross Regions Real Estate in 2021, Bryan has been committed to delivering exceptional service, optimizing property performance, and meeting the diverse needs of both owners and tenants.
