Joey thrives on achieving accolades and setting records. While attending Jacksonville University, he developed a strong, intuitive sense of entrepreneurship and a penchant for marketing. Joey began his real estate career as an investor and later formed an investment company that he that he managed for 12 years in Florida. The company acquired more than 112 properties under his leadership. With over 19 years of diverse experience in real estate including residential, commercial, short sales, renovations, subdivides, building and development, advanced contract negotiations, and marketing, Joey has the capability to understand your unique investment.
