Director
Kemal Sengul serves as a Director at Cross Regions Group, where he is involved in the company’s operations and strategic initiatives across real estate development, brokerage, capital markets, and property operations.
Prior to focusing on real estate, Kemal worked as an Export Manager in his family’s textile business, managing international client relationships and operations across North and South America. He also completed an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), where he gained experience in financial analysis and auditing.
Kemal holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. With a background in finance, operations, and international business, he brings a practical and collaborative approach to Cross Regions Group.
