Description: Cross Regions Group, a multi-faceted real estate company based in Northeast Florida, is planning a mixed-use, multi-story building on approximately 2.34 acres located adjacent to and east of the Main Street Bridge and south of Independent Drive East on Coastline Drive East. The property was previously used for parking by the former Jacksonville Landing.
The overall project is expected to have an estimated 320 condominium residences, with levels one and two of the building planned for 35,000 square feet of restaurant/retail space. Levels one through eight are planned to accommodate parking. The building is designed to be 712 feet, encompassing 53 levels.
Cross Regions Group will be the master developer, KBJ Architects Inc. of Jacksonville will be the architect and Kimley-Horn of Raleigh, NC, is working on engineering during the due diligence phase.

Spaces: Ergisi Tower is projected to be a blend of residential, restaurants and retail in a scenic riverfront setting of natural beauty and underutilized access. The goal is to create a desirable residential establishment and public spaces that further connect and enhance Downtown Jacksonville and its Riverwalk, including public pedestrian access. Plans include a first-floor riverfront restaurant, with outdoor seating and views of the St Johns River as well as a second-floor restaurant and retail spaces overlooking the river.
Residences: The condominium residences are anticipated to be unique living spaces in an iconic waterfront location, with unparalleled views of the scenic St Johns River. Plans are for a mix of one- to four- bedroom units. Specific plans for residence square footage, pricing, interior finishes are not yet available.
The residential portion of the project is being designed to complement and enhance future development at the Riverfront Plaza site and to add to Downtown living opportunities. The project would be a tremendous addition to other planned downtown developments and a catalyst for residential growth and success.
Timing: Cross Regions Group is currently going through the process for concept approval and land acquisition with the City of Jacksonville. Once agreement is reached with the City of Jacksonville, further planning and engineering will commence and the permitting process will begin.
