Real Estate & Development Associate
Ben Fields is a Real Estate and Development Associate with Cross Regions Group, supporting the planning, financial analysis, and execution of commercial real estate projects throughout Northeast Florida. He works closely with internal teams, consultants, and municipal stakeholders to help move projects from early feasibility through development and delivery.
Ben brings a unique operational background from his service as a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy, where he led complex training programs, coordinated multinational operations, and managed high-stakes missions for P-8A squadrons. His military experience sharpened his skills in leadership, risk management, and cross-functional coordination—capabilities he applies directly to the commercial real estate development process.
Ben holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School with concentrations in Finance and Data Analytics. He is also a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida. His focus is on project financial planning, due diligence, and supporting long-term development strategies that create value for clients and the communities they serve.
