As office manager and executive assistant, Laura’s dual role at Cross Regions is responsible for the administrative staff, managing office systems, and overseeing the efficiency of organization functions. Laura has 15 years of leadership, operations, and client management experience. She has demonstrated skills in navigating complex, everchanging work environments while delivering superior client experience and inspiring growth and development. She is passionate about maintaining a culture based on integrity and personal growth.
Since 2009, Laura developed her financial acumen from the banking industry through consumer and small business lending, investments, and strategic financial guidance. Prior to joining the Cross Regions team, she was Vice President for Bank of America with over thirteen years of service in banking, relationship management, and operational excellence. Laura led thirteen financial centers for Bank of America’s Jacksonville North market, consisting of leaders, relationship managers, advisors, and small business partners.
