Executive Director
As Executive Director, Rich carries forward our principal relationships while cultivating new ones with business and community leaders to support and advance the company’s long-term vision. He provides trusted leadership across key initiatives, allowing the founder to focus on broader enterprise priorities while ensuring alignment throughout Cross Regions’ real estate strategy.
Previously, Rich climbed the leadership ranks at N.G. Wade Investment Company, a century-old large, diversified family office headquartered in Jacksonville. His responsibilities included commercial and industrial real estate, agriculture, investment strategy, and portfolio management. His resume also includes development and operation of senior living properties, and diverse experience in the automotive sector.
Rich is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. He volunteers as the Chief Driving Instructor for Porsche Club of America’s Coastal Empire Region and is on the fundraising board for the Ward Family Foundation (Charlie Ward’s Champion Ranch). Rich is the Past President of the Professional and Businessmen’s Association of Jacksonville. He was the inaugural recipient of the John Shuff Economic Development Champion Award for Wakulla County.
