Tyler Plaza West is a 5.24-acre mixed-use development on Florida A1A in Yulee. The development offers more than 16,000 rentable square feet for medical, restaurant and retail tenants. Tenants in this building will be Island Wing Company, Toasted Yolk and Electric Dough Pizza Co. Kiddie Academy, a national Educational Child Care provider, will occupy a 12,800 square foot childcare facility at Tyler Plaza West. Groundbreaking occurred in December 2024 and occupancy is expected to be December 2025.
